Old Khaki bad service

Poetry / Old Khaki Customer service A few months ago, I bought a beautiful dress at Poetry online. I bought the dress for a specific occasion for the weekend past. When the dress arrived, I took it out and hung it in my cupboard. The Friday evening before the event I just quickly took the dress out and found the security tag still on the dress.

We don't live close to Poetry store so the closest in group store was Old khaki - Capegate (8 June 2024). I asked my husband the Saturday morning to ask them to remove the tag please. They bluntly just refused to do so. I know Poetry/Old khaki has an online system where they can check your details on the system with your cellphone number. They obviously didn't do that and just bluntly refused without even considering anything else. They requested a slip/proof of payment or something.

I'm so so disappointed with this supposedly 'high quality' , 'high class' store. The least they could do is find a way to help the customer!!!! Don't just turn them away pushing their policy into your face. There are ways and means how to deal with customers. Don't just assume!! Customer service_ is just that 'Service to your Customer' who pays your salary at the end of the day.
