Not taking responsibility for laybyes

I laybyed in October 2015, only to go back to the store to take my lay bye but was advised that the person responsible is off work and will contact me when they are back. I called to to follow up only to be told that the person no longer works there. I then went back to the store to request a refund but was told that they were busy investigating and will be refunded as soon as they are done. I feel that it not my fault but I am the one suffering the consequences of their lacking of responsibility on their part. <br> <br> Up to now, I was promised a refund and up to date nothing has been refunded back to me.<br> I am highly unhappy with the service and would not wish to purchase at the shop again.<br> <br> VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!
