No response no reply no package

I bought a pair of tsonga sandals from the old khaki website a week ago, they were on special and I even paid extra for expedited shipping. That was the 30th of march...delivery was suppose to take 3 day maximum. It is now 9 April and still no sign of my package. I have sent them emails and phoned them and finally got hold of someone that was suppose to contact me when he found out what the problem was but I haven't heard anything back from him.
