NO FEEDBACK RE ONLINE DELIVERY

I have placed and order online on Aug 9th. The confirmation email states: 'delivery 3-4 days'.... It is day 5 and nothing. I have phoned since 9 this morning-NO answer, so I left messages as the voice message requests, I have sent an email - the email has not even been read yet!! I have sent a Facebook message AND tweeted but NO response. The comments I am reading on social media does not assure me at all. Looks like there are more complaints than comments. It also looks like there are no refunds, just vouchers..... Like I will ever use Old Khaki Online again....PLEASE can someone contact me?!
