No delivery of products and inadequate response

On the 29th of March I ordered a pair of shoes order number ***, at the same time I ordered things off the poetry site. I know they are both owned by cape Union. I called about two days later to check on their order status as the tracking function appeared to not be working, I was told that both the poetry order and the old khaki one would ship later that day and I would then be able to track. Well that didn't happen. After calling a second time after easter the poetry order was shipped and was told the old khaki one would be too, the poetry shipment was dispatched and arrived last week. As for my old khaki order who knows?!? No one can give me an answer, at this point I'm frustrated and furious, I have called 5 more times since and have Only gotten through to someone 3 of those times, I have been told \it's shipping today!!"So many times it's unbelievable"
