No communication. Terrible service!!

I placed an order on the 31st of July. I received my order number and attempted to track it the following day. I am unable to track my order online as it just opens a new page each time. I waited a couple of days and sent an email - no reply to date.<br> <br> I phoned on the 7th of August, spoke to a lady who said she would track my order and phone me back - I had to phone her an hour later only to find out that the person in charge is unavailable and she doesn't know when this lady will get back to me. She then put me through to an extension and I had to leave a voicemail.<br> <br> Old Khaki Facebook rep**** to my message today, almost a week after I asked for assistance, and gave me their word that someone would contact me - DID NOT HAPPEN!<br> <br> Phoned again today, same ridiculous story.<br> <br> I have ordered from various online websites and I have NEVER encountered such issues. <br> This is pathetic!<br> <br>
