Missing jeans

I'm dumbstruck by what happened yesterday at your Bloemfontein branch. Long story short I bought 2 jeans, a hoodie and a pul*****. When we got back home in Dewetsdorp (70km from Bloemfontein), the jeans were not packed in the bag. I drove back to Bloemfontein and ask to review the cctv footage only to be told there's none. So I ended up losing R550 for the jeans as well as R250 for the diesel up and down. At the end I asked them to refund my remaining items, which they did, as a matter of principle and I will not support a branch that *****s from customers. I think what upsets me the most is that when the store manager called the area manager, the area manager asked the store manager if he knows me. So if he did know me it would have been fine, but because he doesn't I'm lying. My wife and I have been supporting Old Khaki for years, be it online or at our branch in Mpumalanga. Do with this what you want, respond or don't respond, I just thought you should know.
