Lack of Customer Service / Feedback

I am referring to my Order #*** as well as my sisters order #***.<br> In regards to my order, I placed this online during the 'sale' period. Stock was obviously available & Old Khaki happily took my funds. Up to two weeks later I had received the one item ordered but nothing about the 2nd (a pair of jeans). Eventually after two Twitter complaints (UNANSWERED) & two e-mails, numerous again UNANSWERED calls to the online store number I received a short e-mail \Our Customer Service has Slipped Up". Again I complained and got a 2nd e-mail of the same nature. Eventually early last week (almost a full month after initial order date)"
