Item Missing from Order. Old Khaki couldn't care less.

<p>I received my order on Friday 1 July (7 days after placing it, did they send it via a snail).</p> <p> <br />Upon opening I saw a shirt that was ordered was missing.</p> <p> <br />I have tried:</p> <p>-Online Live Chat (Definitely not live). No help</p> <p>-Emailing... twice!..... No help</p> <p>-Phoning ... 4 times...No help</p> <p> <br />I want a refund! You have taken my money and not given me what I paid for.</p>
