Incorrect washing instructions should not be seen as our fault.

We purchased a jacket from Old Khaki Menlyn store. It is now unusable because the instruction on the washing label is not complete. There is no mention of hand wash or any other care instructions. After the first wash the jacket looked really bad. We returned it and was told to wait for the outcome.

A day later the store let my wife and daughter come in for the refund/goods to the same value. After they selected the items for the amount they got told no actually it can not be done any more.

At this stage I feel like I am loosing the plot, and Old Khaki is loosing a customer.

Now they let us know we can get a 30% discount on a next purchase.

Come on Old Khaki you can do better. In this case your supplier should take the knock, and your QA department should follow up on why they did not pick up that the washing instructions is not on the label.

I suggest you refund the total amount or at the very least provides replacement goods to the same value.

These are the reasons: 1. Incorrect label on the jacket. 2. Handling the case badly.

Any person reviewing this case with no bias will come to the same conclusion. Full refund plus apologies please.

I sent this same message to your customer service / zendesk agent and go no reply after 24 hours so now reaching out to you on hellopeter.

Please sort it out now.

So after all the emails they decided to replace the jacket, I guess this is a good outcome. Just a pity we had to jump through all the hoops.
