I’m done with Old Khaki, all thanks to the appalling service rendered by Hlengiwe!

I ordered 2 dresses online and when they arrived I didn’t like them. I then called your store at Maponya to check if I can return them at the store and the lady on the other end Hlengiwe asked why did I order online when I’ll have to return them at the store I then informed her that I was given that option online for returns. I then went to your store on Tuesday the 23rd, I was assisted by Dinny who explained politely that they don’t know how to make returns for orders placed online. She asked that I come back the next day, I then called her the next day and she asked that I come back on Thursday. I then went to your Maponya Mall store on Tuesday the 30th and was assisted by Thato who wasn’t sure how to go about processing the refund she then asked for assistance from Hlengiwe who then was giving me an attitude indirectly, she kept snapping and saying things like “why do people buy online!” she was rude and when Thato explained that the dresses I bought have dropped down and that the system will refund me R749 instead of R849 I told her I will take it up with the head office then Hlengiwe snapped again and said “just do the refund!” I really didn’t appreciate the service I received from Hlengiwe, she is rude and doesn’t know anything about customer service. She kept clicking her tongue. I will never buy anything from your store again after being ill-treated like this! I have NEVER encountered such disrespect EVER. I want my R100 refund.
