Goods not deliverd

i went on the Old khakhi website and bought a hat. was promised that the delivery should take 6 working days after they receive payment.now payment was received same time because i use FNB the same bank they use. the purchase was done on the 26/04/2015 today its the 7/05/2015. i called their online shop to as what was happening with the delivery. i spoke to a gentle man (i didn't get his name) who said he will follow up with their courier services which i believe is RAM. he never got back to me. then i called again and was sent from pillar to post being transferred till i put down the phone. I'm so disappointed with them i just want my money bank and altogether ill stop buying anything from them
