Gift card purchased never received

I am very upset with the service I have been receiving from Old Khaki. I bought my mother an online gift card for MOTHER'S DAY which she STILL hasn't received. In the meantime we have been ordering online from various places and have received those items within 2 weeks time. I have emailed to ask about this a long while back and no one even bothered to respond. I asked if I could have the gift voucher emailed to me rather than couriered (which doesn't even make any sense).

My mother and I have been loyal customers of Old Khaki for years and this is incredibly upsetting to me that I could not even give her a mother's day gift this year.
