A few years ago I purchased a golf shirt and it discoloured after the 3/4 wash. In December I purchased a shirt and after a short while it also started discolouring. Upon returning the latest item I was told that they can’t do a refund as the garment has to be tested first. Now two weeks later I am contacted by the sales person informing me that I can get a refund. This experience has complete ruined any #BrandLoyalty or trust in the #OldKhaki and #CapeUnionMart brands.
