Extremely bad customer service for a decent company

I went to the shops and in the middle of transaction I remembered that there's always a promotion that goes with flops if you spend a certain amount... and I asked Elsie the cashier if the promotion still exists, she said yes then I asked her if I had not remembered it could have been my loss since she didn't even mentioned it and she said me softly " yes you could have lost the promotion" and I again asked her if she was for real and she said yes then she continued with the transaction and left me just like that. On my way out I noticed a Fedora hat and I asked if I can have a look at it since it was hanging up in the display the guy who works in the shop referred me to the display around the counter when I got there it was not there it was that other one left in the display he said now he has to go fetch the steps they were busy arguing and the other cashier told him that he can just stretch his hand and take out the hat and he said the reason for him not to do that is that those ladies when he asks them to do things for him they refuse hence he's refusing to assist, I bought the hat to my surprise when I got home to fit the hat it has magnet on the brim so I need to create time and go back to the store so they may take out the magnet, I made an online order of R849.00 as the same lady Elsie said there was no stock of the Green chino pants that was showing there's one in store, am really disappointed,
