Extraordinary service with a smile - 10/10

<p>Shout out to Zak and Sibongile from Old Khaki Woodlands Mall. They gave us service with a Smile and really went the extra mile to help me get the items and sizes I wanted. They did not have stock of what I was looking for and within an hour of leaving get the store, Sibongile phoned me and told me she found the items in Durban of all places and she will let me know when they arrived. I was amazed. She even said that she would order it from the factory if she could not locate them at a store. Not ONCE was this even offered or mentioned at any other Old Khaki store. Zak assisted my other half with shoes and a denim and really went the extra mile to assist him and give him advice etc. I live 60km away, but I will drive that 60km with a smile to support them at their branch. I was amazed. This was immaculate service and I really appreciate it so so much!</p>
