Excellent Shopping Experience at Old Khaki!

A few weeks ago, I saw a very nice looking item on the Old Khaki website which turned out to be out of stock online. I visited a few of their shops & still couldn't find it. Finally, I called the Clearwater shop & spoke to Belina who promised to check availability with their other branches & then revert back to me. Having received similar promises from someone else at a different branch who had then not delivered, I did not really expect any feedback.<br> To my pleasant surprise, Belina called me the next day to say that she had found the item & would have it delivered to her shop. She even got 2 different sizes for me as I wasn't sure of my size. When the items arrived, I went through to the shop but didn't get a chance to thank Belina as she had already left for the day. <br> Nowadays such excellent service appears to not only be extinct, but it's seldom acknowledged, complimented or rewarded. It's with this in mind that I decided to share this wonderful shopping experience due to Belina's pleasant attitude & commitment to her work. To the Old Khaki management, you have a real customer service extraordinaire in Belina - keep her.<br> Once again, thanks to Belina & the Clearwater team!
