empty promises

<p>On Thursday 20/04 i called old khaki call centre inquiring about a certain dress i spoke to a lady unfortunately i didnt get her she said some of the shops does have the dress i was looking for she then took down my cell no and promised to phone me back the same day but she didn't. Next morning 21/04 i made another and i spoke to Tarys who said she can see on the system that i did make a query about the dress the previous day,she then promised me that the consultant i dealt with the first time will call me and repeatedly asked her are you sure she will call me she said "i promise she will call you" till today no one has phoned me. Pity coz i have been a loyal customer i buy from Tread+Miller,Poetry,CUM. I am very dissatisfied with two consultants from Old Khaki.</p>
