Disappointed
Worst shop ever made a payment on the 14 June 2022 they said the payment is not reflecting and I didn't take the boots and today is 20th they called on Friday saying the money is reflecting and they will reverse it now its Monday they calling saying they need an I.d and banking details why wasn't I told this on Friday when they called why is their systems so f#cked that the money doesn't reflect same time now I need to bow down to them to bring back my money I hate that shop gateway branch I want my money back

22 Jun 2022, 16:08Called them today and wanted an update for my money and today they tell me they need the bank statement to see if the money was not reversed in my account, sent it called again no solid feedback transaction done on the 14th till this day my money is not reversed back into my account 😑 I am really disappointed and disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism with this company why wast all of this told to me on Friday when their store manager called me.
