Disappointed

I went to your Old Khaki store in Cape Gate last week and they did not have the size top I was looking for. The store arranged with your Willowbridge branch to keep a S & M aside for me. When I arrived at the Willowbridge store (Friday 21 August), they only had a Medium in stock. They then offered to get a small delivered via Pargo to the store and I paid for the top. I got confirmation yesterday the top was there and when I arrived the sales guy offered to open the parcel in front of me. The top they sent was a Medium again. So I wasted going to Old Khaki on 2 occasions for a top that was not there. Even on the slip it showed that I ordered a small. I was so annoyed that I asked for a refund and you lost out on a sale.
