Complete lack of care for paying customers

I am absolutely disgusted in the service received by Old Khaki. I placed an order on the 29th of April and had to wait a whole month (with no responses to any emails) before my order FINALLY arrived. However, my order was not complete, despite paying for it in full on 29 April. I then followed this up in store, where they said there was nothing they could do, but contacted the service center on my behalf as the lines have been disabled to customers. The lady at the call center assured me they would be in touch within 2 days to arrange for a refund or to complete my order. It has now been more than 10 days and there has been no follow up and the phone lines are still disabled, with no replies to the numerous emails I have sent. I think this this absolutely appalling service.
