Clumsy and Outdated Old Khaki
Old Khaki has by far the worst and outdated processes when opening and cancelling a store account. They gave me the runaround for almost 2 weeks. Their website gives misleading information.
I'm having to follow up for days to ensure this card is cancelled!!!!
