Call Centre and Online support Terrible, Sad to me a customer!!!

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I have a missing item on the order ********** 64 (paid for) but not delievered.</p> <p>I was on hold for 42 minutes only to be cut off (will supply proof).</p> <p>I was No.1 in the queue for 39 minutes, how is this possible.</p> <p>Online the "live support" says - Customer Service<br />We apologise for keeping you waiting. All our operators are busy at the moment and will attend to your request as soon as possible.</p> <p>Also 35 min still no reponse.</p> <p> </p> <p>Where is my missing item?</p> <p>When will i get it?</p> <p>Why can a person get hold of anyone??</p> <p> </p>
