Ballito Junction Old Khaki staff going through my trolley bags

Today 5 October at about 4 pm I went into Old Khaki Ballito Junction, with a trolley containing 4 bags: two black material bags, each with two 5 liters of water in them, so 20 liters in total. A plastic bag from a major pharmacy which I specifically put a double knot in as it contained R 1100 of vitamins and products, and covered it with the fourth plastic bag containing a shirt, which I tied to the two black material bags with knots. I placed the pharmacy bag under the bag with the shirt so that no one could see it. This was done before I went into the store. The lady who works there said she would take the trolley behind the counter when I told her I wanted to try on two swim shorts. I thanked her and went to the fitting rooms. I then spent about 3 minutes in the fitting room as I only tried on one short, and then just held the other in front of myself to see which color looked better. I then went back to the front and told the lady I could not decide between the blue or black Daxton Swim Short and would order it online once I made my mind up. I buy up to 70% of my attire from Old Khaki as I love the brand and quality.

The lady who's name starts with a P then brought my trolley to me, and I said thank you and goodbye and left the store. As I got outside I noticed that the bags were all re-arranged, and the hidden and double knotted pharmacy back was in the front of the trolley no longer hidden, and the double knot was now suddenly untied and open. I immediately went back into the store and asked her why the bag that had two knots in it and was hidden under another bag was now untied and unknotted and opened in such a way that you could see that someone opened it and went through it. Now listen to this story...

She told me that kids were running in the store, and when she moved the trolley to get away from them the trolley fell over, and she and her co-worker picked the bags up and placed them back into the trolley. First of all, kids are noisy, especially when they run, there was no music playing in the store so I would have heard them, and most definitely if a trolley with 20 liters in it fell over. Secondly if you drop a double knotted bag from a 10 storey building it will tear yes, and the content may be damaged... but a double knot does not undo itself when it is in a trolley that falls over. I am disgusted. Even more so after the manager who can hardly communicate informed me that there are no cameras in your store to verify the nonsense story I was served on a platter of lies. They did not think I would be so quick in trying on the two shorts and got caught off side and had no time to close the bag which they took out from under the other. From body language alone I could see that they were very nervous and uncomfortable when I asked for an explanation. They obviously wanted to ***** something but did not have enough time. I did check the slip and contents and nothing was taken. But please do explain to me how a hidden bag goes from hidden to exposed, and then to having the double knot I always OCD like make with all my shopping bags undoes itself? Hocus pocus 3. Please resolve this issue as I do not want to shop where staff like this operate. Do keep me posted or I will post this on social media. That is what I do for a living. If you want the whole of KZN to know about this incident by tomorrow night 8pm peak FB time please ignore my concern. Not a threat but a promise, and I - do not lie.
