Bad service at Old khaki

So I decide to buy myself a winter jacket and I thought Old Khaki is a best place to get a good quality jacket. I get to the shop and look around and I finally spotted a jacket I liked and I start searching for a size. I search until I am blue and I can’t find the size. The shop assistant who was at the shop ignores me like I am not there. She continued folding items and packing them away without even looking at me. Is this the attitude that old khaki presents to their customers?? It is very disappointing to say the least. I hope this behavior will addressed with the assistants in that shop.
