Bad service

I placed an order on 26 of July, and still waiting for the order to be delivered. I phone last week Friday and they informed me that my order will be delivered early this week, nothing yet. I phoned a few times, no answer, left messages, no reply, send email, no reply. They just totally ignore you! I't was my first on-line experience with them and I'm not going to order from them again, terrible service!
