Bad Quality/Design

I purchased a pair of shorts from Old Khaki Galleria on the 20th September 2018. I put these shorts on for the first time on the 26 November 2018. These shorts are ripped in the front which does give them that worn in look. However the ripped part goes down to ones knees and their is only 20mm of material between the last rip and the end of the the material which makes it very weak and flimsy. You really do not need to be a expert to see that the ripped part should have been higher up or that the bottom piece should have been reinforced. When I sat down with the shorts on, the small piece that ends on your knee actually tore off at the side . Now I have a pair of shorts that has a piece of material hanging down my leg and it looks terrible. This is not what I have come to expect from Old Khaki. I have been supporting Old Khaki since their inception in 1999. Prior to that, Cape Union Mart. The shorts are a Brock Short Mens Light Blue Code 141736. I have submitted a complaint via their website to no avail. I then followed that up with a e-mail to which I received a automated reply. Still no response . This is completely unacceptable . I did attach a photo of the ripped part which had come loose so they cannot say that they do not know what I am talking about.
