Bad quality

<p>I bought a leather satchel from of old khaki online, for the price I expected a quality item as it didn't come cheap. I have had the satchel for little over two weeks and the stitches have already came loose. I sent a email and wrote on there facebook page but no reply. I would like to return this item and receive my money back as this isn't the quality I want from a bag. </p>
