Bad on-line service

I placed an order on-line, paid eft and received confirmation of all items on 25/05/2020. The day i was notified my order was en-route i received an e-mail telling me that one of the items i ordered was not in stock. That item was beachcomber sandals - blue in size 12. I checked again today 12/06/2020 and noted that the same sandals are still showing available, in fact, they show 9 items in stock. Now when i placed my order the price showed R 79.20. they are now priced at R 99.00.

When i send an e-mail query to provided e-mail address it bounces back deliverable.
