Bad customer service at Old Khaki

I have a problem with an analog wrist watch from Old Khaki, the watch is still new but I can't use it anymore because it makes a huge noise. The analog counting stick makes a huge noise that it even disturbs me when I'm quiet in the office, in meetings, studying, driving with a peace and quiet in my car, when I'm home watching Tv, and when im home sleeping in the bedroom. It distracts me with the upnormal loud noise that it makes. It even makes my mind tiried from the big loud ticking noise, I can't concrete at work, meetings and when studying. It frustrates me a lot. I now decided to turn it off and put it away.

I called Old Khaki customer service and spoke to Lee. He asked me to send him a picture of the watch so he can speak to the makers/ manufactures of the watch. That was on the 13th of May 2019. He confirmed receipt of my e-mail and said he will get back to me soonest, and I'm still waiting for him to come back to me after two and half months later and counting to three months.
