Bad Attitude and No Money to give me a Refund!!!!

<p>I purchased a Men's Top from Old Khaki Galleria on the 31 May 2016 for the cost of R425. The top was too small so I returned it to them on the 6 June 2016 and because their was nothing else I was interested in I requested a Refund.</p> <p>I was informed by the staff that they had no money to give me refund although I paid for the Item in Cash! They then informed me that they might only have money to refund me when someone pays cash for a item. ?? If that is the case then what happens if a customer pays cash for a item and then they do not have change to give the customer???? Don't they have a petty cash? What absolute *******. They also have a Very Bad attitude as if they are doing you a favour by speaking to you at all. I might add that on the back of the receipt it clearly states they will give you a refund if you have any problems with an item purchased from them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very Bad Shop.</p>
