awaiting online order for far too long

iam so disappointed with the old khaki online, I have since made an online order on 02 April 2020, till today I haven't received my goods. however I have sent numerous email to online queries unfortunately with no assistance, seemingly no one is interested to help me. I have been to old khaki maponya mall to raise my concern being assisted by the sales person named Tumi, he tried to contact the online department directly also he didn't get to help me. Is this old ***hi online a fly by night? when I made my purchase the was a 30% off so should I be refunded of which I demand it should be made via gift card not bank refund, I personally think its my consumer right to have that 30% online mark down should I have to make my purchase via a store walk in.
