Attitude with constant emails

I’ve tried to reach out to old khaki customer care they shut me down. I just need size 9 from my order not 10 Please help out I’m sure that this can still be resolved. But customer care is not interested. Maybe now I must ask for my refund. I’m deeply disappointed by this store because I really like there clothing. Very disappointed with customer service attitude
