Appauling Customer Service

I visited the Walmer Park Branch this morning where I experienced the most unwelcoming customer service. Firstly, I walked in and was not greeted, had to find what was I was looking for myself (as the staff in the store chose to ignore me) and when I had to finally pay I had to remind the cashier to greet me first. What is most upsetting is the fact that the gentleman who entered the store after me was greeted, offered sanitizer and assisted in finding what he was looking for.

The name of one of the ladies present at the store is Leceche (excuse the spelling).

I was at the store at 10:50-10:55 am - it's not a big store and I'm sure you can find what I am referring to on the cameras.
