Appalling service from Old Khaki

I have had an appalling service from Old Khaki, I purchased an item with them, upon delivery I noticed the size was incorrect, next day I called and advised of the mistake, (item still sealed), spoke to a service consultant who advised me they will send someone to collect it from me, and confirmed that they will collect it at the billing address, but couldn't confirm when, I drove around with the parcel in my car for 2 full weeks, until it was ****** at the car wash, I called Old Khaki and their rude consultant advised me I was suppose to take it to the store, and it's not the company's problem that i was driving around with the parcel, yet i even have the recording of the call when their consultant told me they would bring it back to me. I'm extremely disgusted at your service, and i would never recommend Old Khaki to anyone, my money gone down the drain just because your untrained stuff have absolutely no idea what they are doing.
