Appalling customer service from Old Khaki

Old Khaki, while I love your physical stores your customer service for online order is APPALLING. I placed an order on 22 July, for which you refunded me for one of my items due to stock issues, yet I am STILL waiting for my other item to be delivered to me. After countless phonecalls, direct messages through Facebook and emails I have yet to get a proper response back from you. Your team keep telling me my "order is out for delivery today" but here I sit without it. Your courier service logged that there were 5 failed attempts at delivering to my home which makes no sense as I live in an estate meaning it could be signed for and left with my security guards, AND my husband works from home so he is always there to recieve it. Last week you then changed the delivery address to my work address and gave the same message that my "order is out for delivery today". I still don't have it. Pull your socks up, your courier service is putting your name in the toilet and your customer service team is shocking!! I insist on a refund of my item, please contact me urgently regarding this issue.
