Almost a month no shoe received

I placed my order online, on the 8th Jan for a Stacy thong, I did email to say I am not sure about shoe size because their shoes were a small cut, the previous shoe I bought there is a size 9. The following day I received a response from Megan to say size 9 is a 43 and they don't stock it, the biggest size they stock is a 8 so I must advise what to do. <br> <br> The following day I phoned the customer service which were helpful and told me they have the size in one of their shop they will send it through. I waited almost 2 weeks and still nothing. I phoned again the CPT number and I spoke to Megan who told me she told me that they don't make that size. I informed her that I had called the customer service who said there is a size. She was reluctant to follow up but told me she would call the customer service. I phoned her back the same day and she said that she spoke to customer service and realised that the size 9 is a 42 not 43 as she had previously told me and one shop did have it according to their computer system. <br> <br> She promised to call back when she goes to that shop and promised the shoe to be delivered the next day. She hasn't called, I emailed and phoned and still no answer.
