Unfortunate

<p>LONEHILL - We have been going to this outlet since it opened and it has slowly become intolerable to go there. Last night was the end - the portions of large chips have shrunk visibly, the oil hs not been changed and has a rancid, inedible and bitter taste, and whilst ordering the mucic is thudding and t******* to the extent that you have to repeat the order twice for it to be heard and possibly be correct. It is so unfortunate as it is such a wonderful idea and had so much potential and has been run into the ground. Pity.</p>
