Theft and no ownership taken

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I was at your Fish and chips at the Woodmead Retail Park in Woodmead (Sandton). This was around 12:15 - 13:00. Had lunch there and when I left I forgot my phone on the table. After 2min of realizing I had left my phone I went back to the store and asked the employees but no one owned up to seeing a phone. I let feeling very angry and disappointed cause when I returned to find my phone the table was cleaned up and no customer was at that table at the time. I got to the office and decided to call the Woodmead Security centre management. They advised me to get a case number in order for them to assist and in turn took my details. About 2hrs later the Centre Management called and advised the phone was found with a Fish and Chips employee who said that at the time of my return to look for the phone he/she was out on lunch. this is bull cause I had hardly gone for 2min and the person was on lunch already. Anyways I got my phone back but after going through endless trouble getting it blocked etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely disappointed and saddened at the disloyalty of your employees for the lack of honesty when clearly one of them had my phone. I believe the whole store is littered with unreliable and ************* employees and I am surprised that no one wants to take ownership. I am still going to get a case number even though the phone has been found and ask Woodmead centre management for the recordings and will take this up further until someone owns up.</p>
