Staff with attitude

I had the worst Customer service experience at kagiso mall fish and chips. The I waited 5 minutes before anyone came to attend to me and when the lady finally decided to serve me she came with an attitude. I was not sure if buying the regular sized chips or the medium sized chips would be enough for 3 people so I asked the lady and she just stood there and stared at me. I then made a choice with the help of the person that I was with. I was only asked if I wanted my chips to have chip spice or vinegar and I chose the spice that lady rang that up and left me at the register without asking if I wanted to order anything else of which I did. I kept on calling her to come back but she just ignored me me and walked away. I then asked to one of her colleagues who was working with her for the manger but they refused to call the manger as they felt that she did nothing wrong. Over all I've learnt not to go back there and waste my money again.
