poor service

i went to tembisa plaza to buy chips and viennas. and i like my chips crispy because if you dont ask for crispy they give raw chips with lot of oil on them. so yesterday when get there i asked for crispy chips the cashier told me that they dont serve crispy chips today because the machine that cookes crispy chips is broken. i asked her nicely if she can make me well done then, she responded with an attitude again saying they cant make it and she turn her back walk away talk to back of the house staff. is for the first time in my hearing the machine that makes crispy chips. i work in the restuarant and i know how to cook chips. we dnt need two machines to make chips crispy, you just need to cook them longer than the existing time or required time. what i dont understand is that why do they put someone like that lady to work with customers if she dont have passion to work with customers. instead of making customers to come back for more she chase them away. she refuse to help me i left the store without buying anything from that store. i asked who she was she refuse to tell me her name. she is short light colour in complexion with 11 scar sign on chicks.
