pathetic service

<p>I am a regular customer at fish and chips in jabulani mall,the service there is very poor.the staff does not have name tags,how do u work in a store without a name tag that is very unproffesional.the service is very slow,at times you wait up to 15 minutes for a chashier to come take your order,at times there are no specific things for specific specials that are on boards..and finally the customers are not been taken seriously we normally dont get any apologies for any inconvinience caused.their service is very poor i am never gonna go to that branch anymore,they realy need to learn communicating with customers and taking us serious..that store realy need to improve customer service apology for any inconvinience caused will do we all human beings we have an understanding ...realy that store has no respect for customers at all it is so unproffessional.a chashier will count coins in front of u then the minute after is cooking chips with unwashed hands and serve u and come back again to ring the till.its realy bad</p>
