To the Manager and Staff of the Sandridge Village - Midrand Branch

I had a delightful experience least expected from a franchise of this nature but it was one of the best i had.

We had unexpected load shedding in the area and the shop was also affected but the manager made sure that we were covered.

I didn't mind the wait, I've never waited over an hour for a take away order especially not chips and Russian but I didn't mind waiting with the wonderful ladies who kept me company while ensuring that my order was still delivered and prepared perfectly under the circumstances we were all facing.
