Bad service

<p>Today 24th December , I had went to the Village Fish and Chips in Sandridge park Midrand. I had ordered and paid for a simple meal like a small chips and hake and as I have been waiting for my order some people also came in bought and got their orders before me. I thought maybe its because they are still preparing the hake perhaps and got a little patient. When no new customers were walking in , the staff gathered laughing and having a joyous time while I was there in the shop and I could see no one really taking note of me while they can see me. I had waiting for over 30 mins now in the shop like a lost soul and when I asked about my food they had the courage to ask me if I had ordered. I had not left the shop and have paid and I fail to understand how you can easy forget a customer or least ask what I am waiting for in the shop alone. I will never go to this shop. My chips were not even prepared the way I had requested and were cold as I was serviced by people who cant wait to leave . This is no way to treat a customer in any day. </p>
