Olaplex products destroy hair.

I used Olaplex 3 and it destroyed my hair. It made my hair brittle and caused a huge amount of breakage. I contacted the company requesting a refund for the product (which is the least they can do). Michelle Van Rensburg rep**** to my email: "Thank you so much for reaching out to us and I am sorry to hear about your experience. Please advise where you bought your product from and what your routine has been using OLAPLEX?"

I have heard nothing from her since.
