Scoops taken out

Good day,

On the 24th of December 2017 my wife and myself had gone out to do our montly and festive shopping... when purchasing our deserts as usual we purchased our favorite brand ice cream Ola Gino ginelli and ola vanilla flavored ice cream. On Christmas day after "Cracking the seal" and opening the vanilla flavored ice cream we noticed that the ice cream looked like it had scoops taken out of it. This is not acceptable as we are weekly if not daily customers to Ola. Kindly take the time to sort this out with me.
