Rich and creamy ice cream a big flop nothing rich or creamy about it

I bought an ola ice cream to try it since it states that it's "rich and creamy, seriously creamy ".I must say that I'm so disappointed.I bought the choc vanilla caramel flavour ,the ice cream tastes literally like ice not creamy element whatsoever and the chocolate flavour has too much cocoa.I usually buy Dairy**** Country fresh ice cream and I've never ever been disappointed, I regret buying this product .
