Ola ice cream a waste of time and money

Ive had only bad experiences with ola, purchased many varieties of ice cream and all had ive and no ice cream i been contacting this company for the past year and to date the problem has not been resolved i was promised to be reimbursed and they send me a voucher that declines when i go to the store, i guess now i would have to change my brand because these people could clearly give a damn about their customers.. terrible customer service
