Ola ice cream

Recently baught a 2L tub of Ola choc vanilla Caramel at a local spar, I usually buy the same one every month at checkers and is always delicious and has no problems, this tub I baught at the spar was beyond terrible, once I opened it I could see something was not right, all the ingredients had separated, the cream was on top, and all the syrup was at the bottom of the ice cream, it was completely separated and tasted awful, I tried mixing it and freezing it again but it did not combine, still have the tub ice cream in my freezer, it has totally put me off from buying Ola again as I do not want to waste my money and get something totally unbeatable.
