Ola has TERRIBLE customer service, good luck getting a response from them.

My fiance and I purchased an ice-cream tub from Pnp Darwin Square at the end of April, the ice-cream was sandy ( hard ***** inside of it) and the ice-cream was only 3 / 4 of the way full ( so it looked more like a square of ice-cream, not the rectangle it was supposed to be). We complained to Ola directly, as this was obviously a product error and had nothing to do with PNP, initially they were very responsive, the Ola Facebook page always got back to me, a couple of days later, I received an email explaining why the ice-cream looked the way it did and could they please get the batch number from me and also they wanted to give me a voucher. I responded with all the information required the following Monday. I then sent another email two or three days later again with no response, I waited until the Friday and messaged Ola again on Facebook, and for about two weeks, had them promise me fervently somebody would continue to contact me. Eventually, since it had been a month since Ola bothered to follow up with me, I told them I would be reviewing their customer service on HelloPeter, and no need to bother sending me a R30 something voucher. At the end of the day, this post is about the quality of the product and about how they ignored a client who was trying to tell them about a quality assurance issue they had with one of their batches. Bottom line, make your own ice-cream, buy ice-cream elsewhere or order it, but don't bother trying to get into contact with Ola, they don't seem to care what their customers think or about whether their products are at the standard they are supposed to be at.
